There were different front desk staff at various times but they were all very attentive and super helpful with anything we needed. They would ask when our excursion pick up time was and they would have breakfast ready in plenty of time for us to eat and be ready to be picked up. Great location too!!”

“We had a fabulous four night stay at Kkala Boutique Hotel, all the team are super friendly and helpful, hotel has many gorgeous areas for sitting inside and out as well as a nice pool area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It's a short walk to a number of good restaurants and an easy uber into the centre of town.”

“Property seems new in a new and upcoming area. However, without a vehicle is quite inconvenient. There were two restaurants across the street and a small shopping mall and gas station aroud the corner. People were friendly. The checkin process needs refining. We arrived on time and were repeatedly told to wait for someone to come and receive us and give us entry to the apartment. That person never showed up. In the end it turned out to be self-checkin. For some reason the hosts decided to……
